Toner Medic provides an Empty Cartridge Collection Service. This service is implemented at the beginning of the supply process to minimise wastage. Specially designed boxes are placed in a nominated area of the office and a regular pick-up time is organised.
Toner Medic donates 20% of all proceeds from empty toner cartridges to various environmental programs. This is a major part of our recycling strategy and a method of contributing funds to a worthy cause.

As part of it's commitment to customer education Toner Medic provides a brief introduction into the above areas. The programme is designed to increase awareness and help organisations to have better control over toner cartridge usage, wastage and expenditure.

PRINTER CLEANING MAINTENANCE
Toner Medic provides a free printer cleaning service as part of it's value added programme. The customer benefits by knowing that the printers life expectancy will be prolonged. The service helps to reduce waste, cost and downtime.
Toner Medic organises regular intervals for this service based on printer usage.
