Q1. Why buy recycled products? AI. Approximately 40,000 tones of used toner cartridges are thrown into rubbish bins Australia wide every year. It takes approximately half a litre of oil to produce each toner cartridge. Neither the toner or the plastic used in toner cartridges is bio-degradable. Q2. What is a 'Reman/Recycled' cartridge? A2. This cartridge is fully disassembled by our technicians and inspected. Only badly worn and damaged components are replaced and the  cartridge is re-filled with new toner. The Reman cartridge is tested and fully guaranteed. The life-span may vary depending on the recycling technique that is applied.
Q3. What is a 'Compatible/Generic' Cartridge? A3. Toner Medic supplies it's own compatible brand of toner cartridges. These cartridges are fully re-manufactured using only new high quality components in accordance with the original manufacturers specifications. The cartridges are an 'Australian Made' product manufactured locally by our experienced technicians. Each cartridge is checked and tested and filled with up to 10% extra toner ensuring the highest quality standards and life expectancy.
Q4. Why is the original product more expensive? A4. The original product is manufactured overseas resulting in higher costs associated with transport, currency fluctuations, import duties, tariffs and sales taxes.
Q5. Is my Printer/Fax machine guaranteed if I use your toner cartridge? AS. We offer a 'Full Replacement Warranty' on all our toner cartridges. In the unlikely event that your printer or fax machine sustains any damage attributed to the use of our cartridge, Toner Medic will arrange for our technicians to visit your premises and correct the problem on site, where possible.
Q6. Can you supply us with a price list? A6. Our price list consists of over 17,000 products. The quality, service and education programmes provided by a professional toner cartridge supplier all combine to provide a cost effective supply solution. We tailor our prices based on the requirements of each customer. This ensures that we can provide a quality product and fulfill all the requirements for your organisation.
Q7. Do you discount on bulk orders? A7. Bulk order discounts depend on the quantity and type of cartridge ordered. Considerable savings can be made by purchasing six or more of each product.
Q8. What about delivery? A8. We offer same day delivery service in the Sydney metropolitan area for orders prior to 11.00am. Otherwise we can deliver the products mid-morning next day Australia wide , providing the goods are in stock.

The knowledge acquired through these short sessions can attribute to thousands of dollars in savings for the company.
Q10. What happens to used toner cartridges? AI0. Toner Medic provides a free service for empty toner cartridge collection. We place specially designed toner collection boxes in designated areas and arrange regular pick-up times. Part of the proceeds from the empty cartridges collected are donated to a variety of environmental programmes.
